Dear Vets,
To help your client and patient receive the best service, there is some information that is required prior to the referral consultation. The safety and wellbeing of your patients is important to us, being aware of their overall health status is vital.
These details can be sent to us via the online form below.
We ask that you have clients call us directly at Whitehorse Veterinary Hospital, weekdays between 8am – 7pm to book a preferred appointment time.
Phone/video consultations are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
In-clinic consultations and procedure bookings are available on Tuesdays.
Owners often query about estimated costs – we recommend you advise our consultation fee is $214 and they will receive an estimate at the time of the consultation.
